Special Provision for Under-Construction Properties
- Under-construction properties can undergo design-stage assessment based on their approved Digital Connectivity Infrastructure plans.
- A DCRA may issue a “Designed For” certificate at this stage, helping assess connectivity readiness before construction is completed.
- The final Digital Connectivity Rating is issued only after the infrastructure is installed, operational and finally evaluated by the DCRA.
