About MY Bharat Platform

  1. Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) is an autonomous body under the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.
  2. It is designed for youth in the 15–29 years age group and serves as a technology-enabled platform for youth development and youth-led development.
  3. The platform aims to provide equitable access to opportunities, enabling young people to realise their aspirations and contribute to the vision of Viksit Bharat.
  4. It connects youth with programmes, projects, and opportunities offered by government departments, businesses, and non-profit organisations.
  5. MY Bharat promotes experiential learning by providing practical exposure beyond classroom education through engagement with local institutions, businesses, and public bodies.
