Q1. Can You please explain this hobby to me because I am unable to understand?

Q2. Can you substantiate with an example?

Q3. have u read about this somewhere or this is your own analysis?

Q4. So, you did automobile engg.  and then you opted for philosophy, is it like you wasted your automobile engg. or now wasting your philosophy education?

Q5. So, when did you start your upsc preparation?

Then he asked the member sitting on my extreme left to ask questions

Member 1 (gentleman):

Q1. So your hobby is still very confusing for me, has some coaching institute advised you to write this or you wanted to impress the chairman (a little smirk)?

Q2. So i ll not go into your hobby but i want to know your opinion about same sex marriage?

Q3. what are the laws that regulate marriages in India?

Q4. Can those be interpreted for the consummation of same sex marriages?

Q5. And have u heard about that girl that recently got famous from Punjab?

Q6. That metro girl?

Q7. Why inappropriate clothes?

Q8. So, what are your views about her?

Q9. Was she influenced by somebody like urfi Javed?

Q10. What do you think?

Q11. So, imagine you have an office, would you allow somebody dressed like that?

Q12. So, you are an automobile engg how do you see the future of autonomous cars?

Q13. what are the obstructions on Indian roads?

Q14. Are Indian speed breakers scientifically made?

Member 2 (lady):

Q1. How did Bhakra Nangal dam helped the areas of Punjab?

Q2. Are there any similar big projects in Himachal?

Q3. what are the issues with these kinds of projects?

Q4. So, what you as an administrator suggest the policy of towards such projects could be?

Q5. So, you were the head boy of your school?

Q6. In which class?

Q7. So how many head boys and girls in your school?

Member 3 (gentleman):

Q1. A long monologue on how the sikh empire spread through the means of war and expansion and subsuming neighbouring areas. So how do you see this? Are you a pacifist? what is your philosophical view?

Q2. So, what about Russia attacking Ukraine?

Q3. But again, Sikh empire survived on those tactics why not today? (some other similar questions cannot exactly remember?

Member 4 (gentleman):

Q1. Again a long monologue on a competition held years back in which a small child won an award for designing a small car with two seats and no tyres.

Q2. So how do you see this a care without tyres?

Q3. But what do you think what must be going on in this child's mind?

Q4. Again, something on similar lines

Q5. So do you know about indus river treaty

Q6. Should India renegotiate?

now chairman again:

Q1. a long monologue on what he thinks about my thought process and then says okay now the case of same sex marriage has gone to supreme court and it has struck it down. so now what you will do?

Q2. So you will protest?

Q3. But you will support the protest?

Q4. No you are giving a very open ended answer its very much like your hobby. and again a long monologue contradicting my viewpoint.

meanwhile, member 1 asks permission to ask a question.

He verifies certain details in daf and then asks who is  the joint secretary of bcci and  then he says  somebody named dhumal?

Chairman again:
so your interview is over all the best, I cannot remember many questions sorry for that
experience: very unlike the mocks, Manoj Soni sir rarely smiles, rest members were smiling and laughing completely opinion based interview. He is as straight face as you can imagine, the other members were lovely. Not grilling but roasting completely on the analytical side.
