Q1. Pendency is a big problem in Indian courts. How can we address it?
Q2. What about the issue of rogue lawyers regularly asking for passovers and adjournments?
Q3. Mediation is being pushed by the govt. Do you think it is a good measure?

Q1. Why do you want to leave your career in law? Won't the country lose an asset? You could have better served as a lawyer or judge?
Q2. Do you not think a time ceiling should be imposed regarding disposal of cases? (Suggested that an artificial ceiling would not ensure justice and due process takes its own time. Gave suggestions like reducing vacancy, e-courts, ADR)
Q3. But those things are difficult to do. A strict ceiling should be more effective? (I again said that due process takes time and artificial ceilings imposed in past, such as in IBC, have not worked)
