The initiative includes a stepwise entrepreneurship training model tailored for female students. It comprises four key components:

- Capacity building for faculty to nurture and guide future entrepreneurs
Implementation Mechanism
- The programme is being implemented by the National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD).
- NIESBUD is a premier institution under the Ministry, known for delivering entrepreneurship development programmes nationwide.
