Q2. During Uri Strike government planned to stop the water flow to neighbouring country, why was there such a demand?
Q3.What is carbon credit? Which are the companies involved?
Q4. Did we get independence on 15th august 1947?
Q5. Was India a dominion of states during independence? (Was very vague so couldn’t understand what he wanted to ask exactly, I kept waiting for him to finish the question but nothing happened, then I just answered no sir it was not?

Q1. What are your 3 strengths and 3 things which would be better if you can get rid of them?
Q2. Name 3 things you want to change in India?
Q3. Name 4 classical dances?
Q4. Don’t you think issues like caste, social differences need to be tackled right now?
Q5. Speak 10 lines on 2 north eastern states? ( couldn’t answer properly as I was surprised about the question and what I should answer)
Q6. What’s the difference in dramas of Kalidasa, and he quoted some 6 other foreign dramatists which I had no idea about so I just said I am not aware, I am sorry sir. But he did give a judgemental look.

Q1. Name 3 foreign historians who have written about Indian history?
Q2. What’s the difference between foreign writers writing on modern India and Indian writers writing on the same ?
Q3. What are the themes foreign writers write about on India ?
Q4. Number of books foreigners have written on India ( asked me to take a guess, but them himself said it isn’t important and skipped to next question)
Q5. Your mother tongue is Hindi so how do you translate History to Hindi? (I asked in what sense – he replied what you call history in Hindi)
– I answered Itihasa
Q6. So have you heard about itihasa literature? What is it? (chairman was commending the member heartily good, very good question and I was quite amused at their way of encouragement)
Anyways he said let me tell you a few – they are Ramayana and Mahabharata
Q7. So do you think Ramayana and Mahabharata are historical accounts or are they mythological accounts.
Q8. What is Vinayasa Yoga and how is it different from other yoga like Ashtanga Yoga?

Have you heard of the phrase Eyes in the skies? Said no but he asked me to take a guess which I did but it was a wrong guess.
When is Rajasthan Day? (Answered wrong month- I knew the answer but I somehow wasn’t able to recollect and as soon as I walked out of the room I remembered the correct answer and this has been bothering me since then)

just to calm you down, otherwise, the real interview is completely different and the experience is unparalleled. There is no grilling and the board members are very poker-faced and neutral so you do not know how they’re actually analysing you or thinking about you.
