Stage 1: Prelims (1 Qualifying + 1 Merit Deciding Paper)

A Student in this paper has to score maximum as it decides entry in 2nd stage

- Final selection takes place on the basis of total marks (2025) of mains (1750) and interview (275). Marks of stage-1 (Prelims) are not counted for final selection.
- Marks out of 2025 decides the final merit, rank, service and cadre of the candidate.
